Ride Of The King 2025
Can be heard in the streets of Vlčnov for centuries when the young king and his entourage ride through the village. Where does this ancient tradition come from? Its origin is shrouded in mystery and entwined with legends. Some historians trace its roots to distant times when the defeated Hungarian King Matthias Corvinus, disguised in women's clothing, attempted to flee through Moravia. Others believe it is a remnant of pagan rituals celebrating young men's transition into adulthood.
